- The True Convection cooking system with a Third Hidden Element (T.H.E.™) utilizes both a rear element and a rear fan to circulate preheated air around the oven cavity for faster and more even cooking results than conventional cooking.
- The CleanBake™ Hidden Element provides evenly balanced heat distribution resulting in better baking performance. Because it is "hidden" from view by the porcelain oven cavity, the baking element is protected from spills.
- Closed-Door Thermal Broil with Maxi and Econo Settings offer high-speed, adjustable broiling performance for large or small quantities.
- The self-cleaning system with soil level/time selection automatically cleans your oven, and eliminates scrubbing and fumes. Plus, an automatic door lock secures the door during the self-clean cycle.
- The Sabbath mode feature makes it possible to use the range on the Sabbath and other religious holidays without having to turn it on. Tones, lights and error messages are over-ridden, and a set temperature can be maintained for extended periods of time.
- The temperature probe in our convection oven makes it easy to get perfect roasts every time. Set the internal food temperature and insert the electronic temperature probe. Once the desired temperature is reached, the oven will turn off.
This 24-inch double wall oven fits in the space of standard cabinets making it ideal for small kitchens. The upper oven features a true convection system with premium features such as the EasyConvect Conversion System that helps take the guesswork out of convection cooking so that you can get mouthwatering results.
Even-Heat True Convection Oven (upper oven)
Provides consistent heating and even cooking on all racks with a unique bow-tie shaped design and convection fan that helps ensure no burnt edges or undercooked centers.
Closed-Door Thermal Broil with Maxi and Econo Settings (both ovens)
Decreases the time needed to get exceptional results similar to outdoor grilling. Two settings deliver intense, concentrated broiling for large or small quantities.
Temperature Probe (upper oven)
Allows accurate measurement of internal temperature of meats, poultry, and casseroles without having to open the oven door.
